Sadly passed away on June 7, 2014, aged 88 years.
Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Friday, June 20, at 10.45am.
Family flowers only.
Donations to Birmingham Children's Hospital.
Will be sadlymissed by David, Deborah, Audrey, Rebecca, William, Andrew, Saskia and Benedict.
