Sadly passed away in Walsall Manor Hospital on Friday, May 30, 2014, agd 84 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, June 11, at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2.15pm.
By request Family flowers onlybut donations if desired to The Stroke Association.
The Family will be providing transport to the Crematorium please call 01922 406469 to arrange this.
