Passed peacefully away on May 16, 2014, aged 74 years.
She will be sadly missed by Partner John, loving Children Karen, Mark and Jacqueline and Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, June 13, 2014, at St Giles' Church at 12.15pm followed by Committal at Rowley Regis Crematorium at 1pm.
Flowers welcome.
