Sadly passed away on Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at the Manor Hospital.
Funeral Service to be held at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2.15pm, Tuesday, May 20.
Flowers welcome, however if desired, donations to go to Manor Hospital Stroke Wards, Ward 1 Trust Fund and Palliative Care Trust Fund.
