Peacefully passed away at home on Saturday, May 3, 2014.
Will be greatly missed by Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on May 27, 2014, at 10.30am.
All welcome for refreshments after the Service at the Crown Pub, High Street, Dudley, DY3 1RJ.
