Passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, aged 61 years.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at St. Lawrence's Church, at 2.45pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, at 3.45pm.

Following the Funeral Family and Friends are welcome to come back to The Conservative Club, at Darlaston to Celebrate Carol's life.
