Passed away on April 4, 2014, aged 55 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Christ Church, Tettenhall Wood, on Tuesday, April 29, at 10.30am, followed by Burial in Danescourt Cemetery.

The best Dad and Grandad that we could ever have hoped for.

We have so many happy memories of the times that we spent together.

You will always be in our thoughts and hearts.

Left us peacefully but way too early.
