Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Friday, April 25, at 2.15pm.

Donations if desired for MS Therapy Centre would be appreciated for which purpose a collection box will be provided at Bushbury.

We'll miss you always, love you forever and a day.
