Passed away on April 3, 2014, aged 88 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium's West Chapel on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 1.30pm.

Family flowers only, a donation box will be provided at the Crematorium forThe British Heart Foundation.

No words can say how I feel, it still all seems so unreal.

We had a special bond us two, I miss you Mom and always will.

It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone, for part of us went with youthe day God called you home.

Reunited with my lovely Dad.

I wish that I could see you Nan for a little while, I wish I could hug you and see your lovely smile but wishing gets me nowhere and longing is in vain, so I will hold you in my heart until we meet again.

Sadly missed, never forgotten.
