Passed away peacefully in hospital, on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, aged 94 years.

Kathleen will be sadly mised by her loving Family Daughter Pamela, Son-in-law Duane, Sister Barbara, Grandchildren Mark and Maria, Great-Grandchildren Harrison, Jonathan, Anthony and Mateo and all her Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Stafford Crematorium, on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 9.30am.

Family flowers only or donations ifdesired to Age UK, Roller Mill Patient Fund c/o donation tube provided at the Crematorium.

Kathleen is now resting in our Private Chapel of Repose at Halliwell Funeral Service, 70, Hednesford Road, Heath Hayes. WS12 3EA. 01543 459200.
