Passed away at New Cross Hospital on Saturday, March 29, 2014, aged 78 years.
The Funeral Service has been arranged to take place on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 12 noon, followed by the Burial at Bushbury Cemetery.
