Mrs Jean Hawksworth and the Family of the late Mr Alan Hawksworth wish to express their sincere thanks to all Relatives, Friends, Neighbours and former Colleagues for the many cards, letters, emails and other kind messages ofsympathy, love and prayers received at this very sad and difficult time, for your attendance at the Funeral Service and for your donations to the Alzheimer's Association, totalling œ265 to date.

Trust at Telford for all your efforts on Alan's behalf throughout his illness, to all at Innage Grange Care Home foryour care and kindness to Alan throughout his stay with you.
