Passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014, aged 64 years.

The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 11, at Holy Trinity Church, Short Heath, at 1.15pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Furzebank Church.

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around you and whispered come with Me.
