Passed away on March 27, 2014, aged 83 years.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 9, at St Thomas' Church, Wednesfield, at 1.30pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
Donations, if desired, appreciated for the Heart and Lung Centre at New Cross c/o the Family.
