Of Barnett Lane, Wordsley.

Passed away peacefully at home with his Family at his side on August 19, 2011, aged 54 years.

Sadly missed by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, September 1, at 2.50pm.

Family flowers only, donations for the Renal Unit at Russells Hall Hospital and Macmillan Cancer Care c/o Farmer & Son Funeral Directors, 82 High Street, Wordsley. DY8 5SB.

Dave, you were one of lifes special people. thoughtful, creative, kind and funny, a true gentleman. i feel blessed to have known you. i'll treasure the laughs and fun evenings we all shared...i smile every time i see our "pouting" photo. sleep well..till we meet again lots of love sharon
