Passed away peacefully, at New Cross Hospital, on August 16, 2011, aged 63 years.
Sadly missed by long term Partner Naomi and Sons Grant, Stuart and Margaret.
Service at St Anthony's RC Church, Fordhouses, on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at 3.15pm, followed by [S]Cremation at Bushbury [S]Crematorium, West Chapel.
