Passed away peacefully at home on August 14, 2011, aged 73 years, leaving her brokenhearted Husband Ray, Children and Grandchildren.
Funeral Service, 2.30pm, on Monday, August 22, at St Andrew's Church, Netherton, followed by Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, at Beryl's request donations in lieu to support the work of Netherton District Nurses, whose care has been very much appreciated over the past weeks.
