Passed away on Monday, March 10, aged 76 years.

The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, March 25, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, 2.10pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Parkinson's Disease Society would be gratefully accepted.

We hold you close within our heartsand there you will remain, to walk and guide us through our lives until we meet again.

Our Family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

A very special Wife to Tom, Mother to Mandy, Jennifer and Lisa, Grandmother to Daniel and his Fiancee Becci, James, Jade and Lucy, Sister to Dawn, Mother-in-law to Paul, Nick and Vince.
