Sadly passed away on February 14, 2014, aged 75 years, at Walsall Manor Hospital.

Funeral Service to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 1.45pm, March 4.

In tears I watched you slowly fade away, the Heavens have opened their gates for you and now the Angels can lead your way to a peaceful life with Mom.

Mom is there waiting for you with a smile and arms open saying to you, not to worry, all is at peace in Heaven.

Deeply missed, forever in our hearts.
