Passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 15, 2014, aged 64 years.
David will be sadly missed by his loving Wife and all his Family.
Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Friday, February 28, at 3.45pm.
