Passed away peacefully on June 27, aged 64 years.
Much loved and will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, 10.45am on Thursday, July 7, at Rowley Regis Crematorium.
Family flowers only please, donations ifdesired, accepted for the Rheumatoid Arthritis Ward at Russells Hall Hospital.
