Passed away peacefully on May 17, 2011, aged 70 years.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Chapel on Monday, June 6 at 12.20pm followed by Burial at Gornal Wood Cemetery.
Friends and Relatives are warmly invited to refreshments after the Service to The Lamp Tavern, Dudley.
