Sadly passed away, Friday, May 20, 2011, aged 60 years.

Funeral Service on Thursday, June 2, 2011, to leave Pine Avenue at 2pm , to arrive at West Bromwich Crematorium at 2.30pm, followed by wake at Woodlands Social Club.

All Friendswelcome.

It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone, part of us went with you on your final journey home.

Also remembering your birthday on May 28.

Reunited with Dad and Brother John.
