Michael, Chris and Jennifer and Families of the late Mrs Rita Scarrott would like to express their gratitude to Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their sympathy, support and kindness following their recent bereavement.

Thanks is especially due to The Palliative Care Team, Marie Curie Sitters and The District Nursing Team for their kindness, help and consideration.

Thanks is also given for the donations received, which have been divided between Acorns Children's Hospiceand The Midlands Air Ambulance, in accordance with Rita's wishes.
