Mom and Nan
Passed away peacefully with Family at her side on Sunday, April 10, 2011, aged 85 years.
Reunited with our dear Dad Albert.
She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Funeral Service and Committal willtake place at Streetly Crematorium, on Thursday, April 21, 2011, at 10am.
All Friends welcome.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to The British Heart Foundation.
