The Husband and Family of Pat would like to thank Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their numerous cards and messages of sympathy extended to them in their recent bereavement.

Special thanks to the many of you who attended the Funeral and to Alan Walker for leading such a memorable celebration of her life.

Thank you for the generous donations which amounted to œ648, given in her memory to Compton Hospice. Our appreciation to the Doctors and Staff at Low Hill Medical Centre,who have cared for her over the years, also to the Medical Staff in Wards D4, D8 and D16, New Cross Hospital, during her hospitalisation.
