On March 12, 2011, peacefully in hospital at Telford, in the presence of her Family, following a short but severe illness, Eileen Humphries, of Highley, near Bridgnorth, formerly of Brickhouse Lane, GreatBridge, aged 85 years. Former Leading Control Operator with the West Midlands Fire Service. The beloved Wife of Roger and loving Mother of Joy.
Funeral Service at West Bromwich Crematorium, on Thursday, March 24, at 11.30am.
Family flowers only by request please but donations for The Firefighters Charity are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.

Nan I hope you are in a much better place now and surrounded by the things and people you loved so dearly.... I will miss you more than words can explain... You were a massive part of my life and as I did in your life with us, I will continue to make you proud of my achievements knowing that your not far from me and always in my heart....
