Passed peacefully away on February 5, 2014, aged 75 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St Giles Church, Willenhall, at 11.15am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium.

All welcome afterwards at Royal British Legion Club, Church Road, Shortheath.

The moment that you passed away my heart was torn in two, one side filled with heartache, the other died with you.

Remembering you is easy, I will do it every day but missing you is heartache that never goes away.
