Passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011, aged 38 years.
Much loved Fiance of Emma, treasured Dad of Michael and Jarred, cherished Son of Pauline, beloved Brother of Jenny and David and lovely Uncle to Alex, Tom and Abigail.
Loved by Alan, Rose and Tammy, the Parents and Sister of Andy's Fiancee Emma.
Always in our hearts and thoughts forever, rest easy our precious Andy.

The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 11, 2011 at St. Andrew's Church, Whitmore Reans, Wolverhampton at 10.30am and then onto the Crematorium in Bushbury, Wolverhampton at 11.30am.
Afterwards there will be a gathering to celebrate Andy's life at The Firs Function Room which is part of the Conservative Club in Codsall, South Staffordshire.
