Passed away suddenly at home, on February 17, 2011, will be sadly missed by his beloved Wife Jo and loving Daughters Karen and Michelle.
The Funeral arrangements have been arranged to take place on Friday, March 4, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 3.30pm.
