Passed away peacefully on February 10, 2011, aged 59 years.
Loving Husband of Catherine, devoted Father of Helen and Laura and Partners Mark and Nick, treasured Grandad of Jacob and Sophia.
Funeral Service to be held on Thursday, March 3, at 1pm, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, West Bromwich.
Family flowers only, or if desired a donation to The Lymphoma Association would be appreciated.
