Passed away February 6, 2011, aged 64 years.
Funeral will take place at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, West Bromwich, on Wednesday, February 23, at 11.30am, afterwards at Tipton Conservative Club, Union Street.Carol and Adrian would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for all their support of their great loss of a lovely, Husband, Dad and Grandad.
