Passed away peacefully at home on January 30, 2011, aged 54 years.
Sadly missed by Mom Doris, Brother Ian, Sister-in-law Wendy, all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Tuesday, February 15, 2011, at 1.30pm.
