Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 24, 2011, aged 73 years.

Funeral Service will be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Newton Road, West Bromwich on Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at 1pm.

Donations if desired for Cancer Research UK.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
