Passed away, January 17, 2011, aged 42.

Loving Son of Leo and Josie, Father to Declan and Sean, Brother to Sean and Marie, Brother-in-law to Elaine and John and Uncle to John, Michael, Joseph and Aidan.

Service tobe held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel on February 7, 2011, at 3.45pm.

Family flowers only.
