HAZEL Bob.

Of Heath Hayes, formerly of West Bromwich, passed away suddenly at his home on January 10, 2011, aged 79 years.

Bob will be sadly missed by all his Family and friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Streetly Crematorium, on Tuesday, January 25, 2011, at 10.30am.

Flowers welcome or donations if desired to a charity to be decided by the Family c/o the Funeral Home.

Bob is now resting in our Private Chapel of Repose at Halliwell Funeral Service, 70 Hednesford Road, Heath Hayes,WS12 3EA. 01534 459200.
