COOPER

Samuel John

Passed away suddenly on January 14, 2011, aged 88 years.

Dad

You never said I'm leaving, you never said goodbye, you were gone before we knew it and only God knows why, it broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go alone, for part of us went with you the day that you went home.

Love, Marie, Marilyn and George, Philip and Cheryl, Jayne and Mark.

Grandad

The time has come to say our goodbyes, you have suffered so much as the years have goneby.

Don't be worrying about Nan, your special loving Wife, we will keep her safe, that's a promise for life.

We can imagine you worrying like you always did but that was our Grandad so thoughtful and kind.

You were the best Grandad we could ever have asked for, we never would have asked for anything more.

Our special Grandad will be sadly missed, forever loved and never forgotten.

Love always Grandchildren Rachael, Helen, Luke, Sam, Tom and Jonathan.

The Family would like to thank all MedicalStaff including all Doctors and Nurses who assisted in Sam's care over the years.

Funeral Service to be held at Moxley Methodist Church, on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at 1.30pm, followed by Interment at Hall Green Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations, if desired, can be given for Macmillan Nurses
