The Church Service is to take place on Friday, January 21, 2011, at Moxley Methodist Church, Bilston, at 1.30pm, followed by Burial at Green LanesCemetery, Bilston, at 2.30pm.
Donations to County Air Ambulance if desired in lieu of flowers.
