The Family of the late Mr Michael David Hooper of Dudley Wood wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for letters, sympathy cards, inquiries, kindness and expressions of sympathy extended to them in their very sad loss and also for the kind donations received, in lieu of flowers, for the Victoria Special School for Disabled Children, Birmingham, which Daughter Jacqueline attended.

Special thanks to all concerned and to everyone who attended the Funeral Service at Rowley Regis Crematorium, on Tuesday, January 4, 2011.
