(Spot)

Passed away at home on December 30, 2010, aged 56 years. A loving and devoted Husband to Sharon and Father to Nicola and Linsey and Stepfather of Jenna and Daniel.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium Chapel on Monday, January 17, at 12.20pm, followed by Burial in Gornal Wood Cemetery.

All flowers welcome, or if desired donations would be accepted in memory of Spot for The Palliative Care and Support Teams and District Nurses, c/o

FARMER & SON, Funeral Directors, 82 High Street, Wordsley.

They say memories are golden well maybe that is true, I never wanted memories Spot, I only wanted you. A million times I'll need you, a million times I'll cry, if love alone could havesaved you, you never would have died. In life I loved you dearly, in death I'll love you still, in my heart you hold a place no one could ever fill. I know you will walk beside me and when my life is through, I pray that God will take my hand and leadme straight to you.

(Never forget sweetheart, unbreakable).

Stepdad

You were so very special, Spot, you had the nicest ways, you did so much in life for us and never asked for praise. We'll talk about you always, of things you'd say and do, we will always have our memories but we wish we still had you. Some day we know we'll meet again, some day we know not when, we'll clasp your hand in a better land never to be parted again.

We knew we had to lose you as the days were passing by, we tried so hard to help you and so hard not to cry. We sat beside your bedside and held your hand with love, we stroked your head with tenderness and prayed to God above.

God saw you getting weary, a cure was not to be, so He put His arms around you and whispered come to Me. With tearful eyes we watched you suffer and saw you fade away, although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay.
