The Wife and Sons of the late Mike Holcroft wish to thank all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours for their kindness and sympathy cards in their sad loss, also for the donations in lieu of flowers for the Haematology Trust Fund at the Heart and Lung Centre, New Cross Hospital.

Special thanks to Jayne for a lovely Humanist Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on December 2, 2010 and to all who attended despite the terrible weather, thank you.
