Passed away peacefully on December 23, 2010, aged 65 years.

A short Committal Service will take place at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel on Tuesday, January 18, at 11.30am, followed by a Celebration of Keith's life at St.Mary and St. Chad's Church, Brewood, at 12.15pm.

All welcome.
