John Thomas
Passed away at home on December 24, 2010, aged 69 years.
Will sadly be missed by Wife Pat, Children Jane, Mike, Bryan and Jonathan and Grandchildren Sophie, James, Amelia, Frances and Jack.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday, January 21, 2011, 2pm, at Bushbury Crematorium.
Family flowers only please and donations to Macmillan Cancer Support.
