Passed away at Sandwell Hospital on December 21, 2010, aged 71 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St John's Church, Upper Church Lane, Tipton on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, at 12 noon, followed by Committal at West Bromwich Crematorium.
