Passed away peacefully at West Park Hospital, on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, aged 74 years.
Reception into Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Cannock Road, on Monday, January 10, at 4.30pm.
Requiem Mass, on Tuesday, January 11, at 10am, followed by a Private Committal at Bushbury Crematorium.
