Passed away at The Manor Hospital on Wednesday, December 22, 2010.
The Funeral Service will be held at Streetly Crematorium in The West Chapel at 10am, on Wednesday, January 5.
Family flowers only, donations are most welcome if desired to British Heart Foundation.
Iris will be sadly missed by all Friends and Family.
