Passed away peacefully on December 13, 2010, in Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham, after a courageous and dignified journey.

Beloved Husband of Heather and devoted Father of Alison, Ian and Andrew, dearly loved Son of Enid and the late Jack and loving Brother of Liz and Hugh.

Will be greatly missed by all his Family, wide circle of Friends, Colleagues and Patients at Worcester Street Surgery, Stourbridge.

A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St Mary's Church, Old Swinford, on Saturday, January 8, at 2pm.
