Roy

Roy lost his long battle with cancer on December 12, 2010.

He fought so courageously.

Funeral to be held at St. Peter's and The English Martyrs, Temple Street, Lower Gornal, at 9am on December 21, 2010, followed at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 9.40am.

All Family and Friends welcome to join us.

Family flowers only, donations if desired at the Church for Mary Stevens Hospice.

Husband

We have been together for 45 years, we had lots of laughter and yes, some tears, youwere my love, my life and my very best Friend and oh how I prayed for it not to end.

It broke my heart watching you suffer so and I now know it's time to let you go.

I love you darling so rest peacefully, you are locked in my heart with a timeless key.

You were kind and caring, generous and wise and I miss and love you so much.

These last few years you have suffered with so much pain but when you took your last few breaths and I held you, you looked so at peace and pain free.

Dad, you were one in a million, a man with few words but a man with a heart of gold.

I may have a broken heart and the tears keep rolling butI am so proud to say you were my Dad.

As time goes by the tears may stop, my heart may mend but the memories will last forever.
