Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, December 23, 9.15am, at Springhead Methodist Church, Wednesbury, followed by Committal at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, Newton Road.

Afterwards at The Barr Hotel, Newton Road.

Flowers welcome or a donation on behalf of Macmillan or Lymphoma Association.
