JORDAN Keith.
Sadly passed away on December 4.
Beloved Husband of Mary, devoted Father of Lesley and dear Grandad of Stephanie.
May he rest in peace for he was much loved by his Family and everyone who knew him.
The Funeral will take place atBushbury Crematorium, on Tuesday, December 21, at 11am.
Family flowers only please.
A box will be at the Crematorium if anyone wishes to donate to The Diabetic Association.
